Process

1. Intake & data wipe. Every unit is received, logged and securely wiped.
2. Lab testing. Battery, screen, keyboard, ports and BIOS are checked.
3. Grading. Cosmetic and performance condition are scored against our A/B/C standard.
4. Listing. The unit is priced for its grade and published to the channels Admin selects — including this store.
